30mph and no teeth? PDF Print E-mail
Mark R emailed the rumour monger: (hi again Mark you are our second reader this month congratulations!)

thumb_teethI see our would be but didn't be councilor is welcoming the installation of a new speed sign to "improve" safety.

I wonder if she will point out that 30 mph is not the best speed to travel along wood lane at, by telling motorists that they can safely travel at 30 mph I soundly believe that she may be drawing visitors in to false securities, for any resident of wood lane will gladly point out that achieving 30 mph is impossible on wood lane, for if you manage to reach the junction with Haigh road at 30 mph you will have probably broken all your teeth and shaken your liver from it's mountings and had a head on collision caused by people parking on the speed bumps.

Will she join me in asking for a couple of shovels full of tarmac from the powers that be, or simply add the words "if you dare" beneath the 30 mph flashing sign.

Ooh! I ...think that might be sarcasm. But seriously Mark - you just complained that the site was full of Lib Dem stuff - don't scare the Labour Party off. Let's face it the alternatives are non-viable and non-credible. (RM)
