CHOCOLATE FACTORY EXPERIENCE!
THURSDAY 12TH APRIL 1PM – 4PM

Just a reminder that tomorrow sees the Chocolate Factory Experience; Hope you’ve all got your tickets!!!
Lots of activities, games, crafts, songs and dances all to do with Chocolate! You might even meet some very famous story characters there too! Perfect Easter day out for children 2-8 years old. See you there!


METHLEY YOUTH CLUB
THURSDAY 12TH APRIL 6.30PM – 8.30PM

Not had a mention for a while, but the Methley youth club runs every Thursday evening, and is a great place for your children to hang out in a safe environment, have some fun and chill out with their friends.
The club is for age 11+, with entry only 50p! There will be music, pool, lots of games to play and a tuck shop.

ROTHWELL BEER FESTIVAL!
FRIDAY 13TH & SATURDAY 14TH APRIL

It’s back…… just what you’ve all been waiting for – The Rothwell Beer Festival!!!
Running on two days; Friday 13th from 6pm till 11pm and Saturday 14th 12noon till 10pm. There will be 50+ Real Ales to have a go at, plus a selection of Ciders, Bottled Beers and Perrys. Plus great food and Live Music!
Entry is £5 including your souvenir glass, programme and free 1st 1/2 pint.
All the proceeds from the weekend will go to local Lions Charities and the church upkeep.

COLOURFUL CREATIVE ART CLASSES

We’ve not mentioned this for a while so heres a reminder of this great but often messy way to introduce your little ones to art. The classes are run for babies, toddlers and children upto 4 years of age.
The ARTventurers classes are as follows:
Little ARTventurers for 16/18 months to 4 years – 10am – 11am.
Baby ARTventurers for 6 to 16/18 months – 11.30am – 12.20pm.
Art sessions, holiday workshops and parties are also held for older children.

Another one that isn’t LS26 but I think it’s an important one to mention.
Kidzone are pleased to host a dedicated session for children with additional needs. It is an event where families can relax and play without prejudice. They will be closed to the general public for this event and there will be no music playing during this session.
Admission is £2 for all children (including siblings) and 10% off all meals.

ST RAPHAEL SINGERS

The St Raphael Singers are a 30 strong, mixed voice choir singing a variety of songs mostly pop arrangements and songs from the shows, who are looking for new members to join them.
