GRASS ROOTS PRESENTS….. SCOTT WAINWRIGHT

COFFEE MORNING

BINOCULAR CHALLENGE
SATURDAY 10TH FEBRUARY 9AM TO 5PM
RSPB St Aidan’s Nature Reserve, LS26 8AL

With over a thousand acres to scan, you never know what you’ll spot at St Aidan’s. Grab a pair of binoculars and a Binocular Challenge sheet and search high and low for hidden clues and wildlife up close. How much more will you be able to see?
Binocular Challenge sheets available from the St Aidan’s visitor centre, £1 each. BYOB (Bring your own binoculars!) or hire a pair from the visitor centre for £3.
This activity runs throughout the half term from Saturday 10th February til Sunday 25th February.


ST AIDAN’S COMMUNITY LITTER PICK
SUNDAY 11TH FEBRUARY 11AM TO 3PM
RSPB St Aidan’s Nature Reserve, LS26 8AL

RSPB St. Aidan’s Nature Park is a beautiful location, a great place for people to enjoy the outdoors and a fantastic habitat for wildlife.
They are looking for volunteers to join them on a litter pick to help keep the site looking fantastic. Meeting outside the Vistor Centre (opposite Oddball) at 11am and working until approximately 3pm.
Accompanied children are welcome. Please wear suitable clothing, footwear and bring gloves.
Litter pickers and bags will be provided. Tea and coffee provided, please bring your own lunch.

4 DAY LEEDS RHINOS MULTI SPORT ACTIVITY CAMPS

Just a reminder that the Leeds Rhinos Foundation have joined forces with Leeds City Council to bring you these great multi-sport camps over the February half term. The 4 day events are just £15 for children aged 7-14 years, from the Outer South community area committee within the BD11, LS27, LS26 and WF3 postcodes.

KNIT TOGETHER

VALENTINES DISCO

Come along for some loved up fun and games. You¬†will enjoy a disco and upbeat movers and groovers session to some luuurve songs, and a few of our favourites. We’ll play some well loved party games and of course there will be our fantastic parachute and bubbles to finish.
Each child will even get to take home a small Valentines treat. If that wasn’t enough we will also have a break for some delicious tasty snacks and refreshments.
The session is aimed at children 6 months – 6 years.

ST RAPHAEL SINGERS

The St Raphael Singers are a 30 strong, mixed voice choir singing a variety of songs mostly pop arrangements and songs from the shows, who are looking for new members to join them.
